Design and preview is free — spend a credit only when you download the print-ready bundle. Revisions during design are free. We reserve the right to throttle generation on accounts whose iteration patterns are abusive (e.g. automated scraping). Legitimate book-cover work, even heavy iteration, will never be throttled.
Unused credits can be refunded within 30 days of purchase. Once a credit has been spent on a downloaded print-ready file, it cannot be refunded.
We’re composing the print-ready bundle at 300 dpi. This usually takes 5–20 seconds.
