We use this information to create and manage accounts, process cover projects, generate and store downloadable cover files, provide customer support, prevent abuse, improve site reliability, and send transactional service messages.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. BookCovers.pro does not store full credit card numbers. We may store payment status, transaction identifiers, purchased credit balances, and related bookkeeping records.

Uploaded and generated content

Files and prompts you submit are used to provide the cover generation service. Generated cover assets may be stored so you can preview, revise, and download your project files. Do not upload content unless you have the rights needed to use it in your book cover.

Sharing information

We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with service providers that help operate the site, such as hosting, payment processing, email delivery, analytics, security, and AI generation providers. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the service from fraud, abuse, or security threats.
